Ally Reports

Ally Reports are not working properly

I have mutual allies with someone we have settings for the reports set differently for each but the sharing of reports is not working properly

ally "a" and ally "b" have different settings however the reports they are seeing are identical

I have no idea how long this has been broken we only just discovered it today

I kind of noticed that. Try to tinker with these setting.

You can also PM the ally in question and ask him to turn your reports off.

do you think we have not done that? we also tested several variations of settings but it is not the player's responsibility to run tests on these things

Plarium PAYS people to do this they can simply run scripts to test the issues rather than us report useless tickets and ask us for information which would take us hours to gather in this case

I know you are frustrated but please if you have not already, submit a ticket to Support so they can acknowledge the problem and get the developers to fix it.

These is not a bug. Many players are aware of these issue, And I have once personally brought it to the attention of the community, in a topic ''spies just became spies''.

IF one ally want to see another allies reports. there is nothing that the other ally can do. He just have to ask the other ally not to turn on these feature.

I brought an issue to Plarium's attention - fix it or don't fix it - I assume it will be the second option

We did some tests on the issue but again it is not my responsibility to test the features of this game and I should not have to submit a ticket for a bug that affects all players

Plarium needs to test their features and ensure they are working properly - there is a long history of when things are added other things get messed up

quit adding features until you fix everything that currently exists in the game

Hello, Jezebel.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention.

I just want to clarify several moments to make sure that I got it right and report it to our devs.

For example, you have two Allies (Ally a and Ally b). You would like to allow Ally a to see your reports, but don't want Ally b to see them.

You adjusted the setting for Ally a in the Allies' reports window, but it didn't work and both Ally a and Ally b still can see your reports.

Is it correct?

Hello, my Lady.

I tested the issue on my end.

I have added two Allies, one of them could see reports on my actions and another one couldn't. Settings of both Allies were the same.

I raided a Castle, Ally who was allowed to get Reports about my actions, got it. Ally who wasn't allowed receive them, didn't get any.

So, I couldn't reproduce the issue from my end.

That's why you need to report the issue you're facing to our Support Team: https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

They'll check your account.

nope not doing it - I will not waste hours testing something in order to report it to support - if you can't fix your flawed programming then I really don't care just another reason to spend less time on this game

Hello.

If I can't reproduce the issue from my end, then it's not the global one.

That's why I asked you to report it to Support so that they could check it on the case-by-case basis.

Of course, it's up to you whether report this issue to Support or not. But if you report it, they'll be able to check your account and check what can cause this issue.
