BRAWL REWARD BROKEN





WE cant CLAIM REWRD! As u can see all packeges are selected but they are mixed up and when this happen the reward cant be claimed.


As u can see the unit order is not correct

Hello my Lord , is not a bug...

when you open the Brawl Tournament...


Don't click soon the button '' Claim all Rewards'', but ..scroll down the button and claim the rewards stage by stage ,selecting the units which you want and click '' claim reward ''.



You will see it works !

We sellect the units but wont work.Check the photo again and loock at the unit order !!!

Did u even see the photo or we need to put arrows on every liitle thing !

Maybe instead you should pay attention to what is posted when we try and help instead of insulting

 MIC999 said to collect them in the information area one at a time after picking the units you want  either offense or defense. 

Then after you have  claimed the units  then go to the collect rewards to finish the brawl.

I know that we can collect one at the time....but OUR POST was because the CLAIM ALL DONT WORK!

Hello, Mark ROMANIA! Thanks for sharing your screenshots with us. We've never received any similar complaints. Could you please describe your actions step by step?


Also, are you sure you've checked all the boxes before claiming your rewards? As far as I can see, not all packages are chosen. 


Besides, why do you think that the reward categories are wrongly placed? Thanks in advance for your reply!

Hi Alina, 

I think the issue is only on not very active accounts that didnt collect 2 BRAWL rewards.

This is THE BUG. This is the exemple that the unit order is not right and we cant collect the reward.

Thank you Alina for mediating this issue. I was about to report the same problem. The issue is caused by brawl categories being mixed up when you want to claim all units. So units normally earned at stage 3 will appear in stage 7 for example.  It seems to be a visual bug, which is fixed after a refresh sometimes

Yeah  I disagree with the assumption That a customer is always Right  when they are wrong they are not right ! I had already suggested Clearing browser Cache and resetting game to the Posters in PM 

They said they had tried this. 

Also Several times I have requested  proper procedure for posting a Bug report be followed if they want this looked into But has not been followed even though I provided this Link  https://plarium.com/forum/en/stormfall-age-of-war/50_bug-reports/84409_creating-a-bug-report/ 

As I had explained without complete information Plarium can not look into anything!


Being a Customer has no bearing on being right or wrong. Facts are the only real measure of being correct ! With that in Mind your posting serves no purpose other than to stir trouble and has no bearing on the subject matter  so I warn you do not take this off topic ! And also about discussing moderation which you have been warned several times about !

Remember this Please My Name isn't Westley I'm also an ex CNC programer and machinist I don't see the relevance.

I have asked You and some of your members to provide the information more than once and as of yet none of your league have done this ! 

Therefore this topic is closed. As this seems to be a matter of maybe you and your league not comprehending the  mechanics as no one else seems to be having these problems.   

In the future if you want to report a bug report  then the required information must be submitted otherwise it can not be properly looked into.
