RECOVERY PROCESS - GAME INCIDENTS

Dear All,


I would like to ask you regarding the customer experience of the game, what is the process of recovery for the losses of a player during an incident ? 


Today i was not able to login at the game. In the meantime another player managed to logged-in and i lost a battle which was not on my plans, and i couldn't avoid it because was just not feasible to log in.


I am requesting for my troops back.

Hello,


I am playing Stormfall  through Facebook.

Country  : Greece

Server : The Dark Plains

After an hour of unavailability of the game, i managed to logged-in at almost 14:30 .

Sent troops at the displaying hamlet, i saw the popup info message with the unsuccessfully attack at the bottom right corner of the screen and then the connection was broken. 

Tried several times to reconnect with no success . Finally i did reconnect at 16.30 after trying every almost 5 minutes. 

As you can see the opposite player managed to connect after an hour and killed my troops, cause i didn't have the choice to reconnect. 


Lost almost 4000 griffins, and my request is to get back my troops.

I see , this is not a bug, for that issue you have to contact the support at this link :

Choose '' Stuck units '' and fill all the camps there...

I remind you to add also the screenshots   with your lost units...
