Add screenshots if you can please also if you PM me your cords and the platform along with server you are playing on I will forward your problem to the troubleshooters. Keep in mind your troops are put into a que (unless you have activated your second Que option the units will be built in the order you picked them in). Also keep in mind when selecting that units that return or are arriving at castles you are attacking  can reset your selection to Zero before you apply them sometimes.
