Hello Lord Dani the hag , unfortunatelly if the technical team hasn't all the details about the bug , they can't verified it ! So is true that we need to know your coord , server and if you play on Plarium com or via Facebook !

This is another example of the bug that happens, the 2 reports are exactly the same thing, I have no unopened reports.  This particular instance is on my game on Stormfall, age of war, the dark plains, coords x1840 y1276

the same thing also happens on my Facebook games.  Not on there right now to copy errors showing up.

We need more info for check that , we need to know where it was that bug , coord castle , server where you play and platform !

It is continually happening, Stormfall Age of War, on Plarium is Dark Plains, on Facebook is both Dark Plains and Farwol's Crown.  This is NOT fixed and continues, reports appear twice, deleted reports come back as unopened, hamlet resource arrival reports duplicate, particularly during brawls.  On and on and on and on.  Please don't give me the ''this got reported before'', it may have been reported before but it is happening now again.

From our side, we can see that these reports are the different ones, as they contain information about actions taken on the different Hamlets, please double check it. As for the reports about failed attempts to catch the Hamlet, they are no longer in the game.

To check the issue with reappearing of deleted reports, we must get your approval to make this action your game from our side. To speed up the process, I would suggest you submitting a ticket request.
