The issue, it would either be from a purchase or from one of the in game ways of earning holy bonds. 

Recently I purchased a package with a holy bond and also retrieved one from the battle pass I paid for and earned this month.  I've been buying/earning holy bonds equally with two accounts for a while now, trying to save them up. one account has one more holy bond than the other, so I'm definitely missing one somehow, I'm just not sure how. From now on I'll try to take screen shots before earning these rewards. 

Please let me know what if any other information you need about my accounts. I'll try for screen shots in the future. There aren't too many ways for me to earn/buy holy bonds, so I hope this isn't too difficult for you to check on.

In-game names are Omega Proxy and Darkseer for the two accounts. 

Omega proxy is missing the Holy bond.
