did not get hamlet tourney points, while I should have.
in my time zone tourneys end at 2 p.m. and as you can see on the picture, I killed hamlet at 2:03 p.m.
but in hamlet tourney these points are not counted

Hello Lord Shawn, sorry for the delay , we need also other info like coord , server where you play and had this situation , and platform if you play on plarium server or facebook server !

Please note that it might take a while for the server to process the data, we do receive such complaints from time to time when the player states that the points were not included. In fact, the server will include all the earned tournament points to the final score.
