My problem is the following: I, being the head of a congregation founded before 2016, had requested about 1 month ago (I had to create an MAIL ADDRESSED TO MAKE A REQUEST an email with Gmail, because the others e- mail, even though Alina said it worked, did not allow the file to be opened) to collect prizes from congregations created before 2016. Alina said it took some time to get the prizes, but, after a month, not can you still give them? I'm sure I didn't withdraw any "backward" copies of the 2015 example. Can anyone tell me if it has the same problem? Is it normal that they haven't arrived yet? Thanks in advance for your answers.

HI, Dede. Please correct me if I got the issue right. Do you mean that your League was created before 2016 and for this reason, the date of its creation isn't registered correctly? You submitted a form where you indicated your correct date of the League creation but it's shown yet. is this the case?

Hi and thanks for a quick reply. I am not English, so I translate. This could lead to errors or sentences with another meaning. No, I don't mean that. My creation date is correct. I remind you that , you and your members will receive the anniversary league rewards , exactly in the day of the anniversary !

( Esample , your league it was founded 30 Dicember 2016 , the rewards will be sent exactly at the day 30 Dicember...just saying  )

Next year on 20 October you and your league 's members will receive the anniversary rewards  , something like the rewards for castle anniversary , and is not for all 5 years, nobody receive for many years !
