Can I know why I'm not able to get these extra 10 raids per day as advertised in buffs for castle skins? Or is this feature only available with elite battle pass?

You have activated the temporary skin castle Guardian Keep , but that is not enough for receive the extra bonuses as the + 10 raids per day about you asked ! You need to purchase an Elite Battle Pass see the picture below :
iIf you purchased it and you still have not the extra + 10 raids than i advice you to contact th Support .
