Hello Lord RENEGADE , There isn't any bug with train units, but please forward us a bug report like in this link :

with a good bug report we will have enough info about the issue which you said you have it in the game !

If this is the case they were added to your build queue (they go in a separate queue to normal units, but still take the same amount of time to complete.)
