I have tried all the steps in the troubleshooting.

Sadly with the same result. I cant unlock new slots for the relics.

i tested something. It's not a problem with the client or the pc. If I change the server, it works on the other server. So it's a problem with the account on the server. The picture is from the other server. Would be nice if you can fix it, it is a handicap to use just one relic and not 2. Thank you

I agree.  That is a handicap.  I like both my relic slots. 

It looks like you have 2 friends and 15 Sapphires.  The game says you need 8 friends or 300 sapphires to unlock. 

You can make 6 more plarium friends on that server.  The friends you have on other servers may not play on this one so they will not show up as your friends.

The Picture above in the first post ist from the Account with the problem.you can see there that i have 36k Sapphires and the text ist not the same.

Account with Problem: Enough Sapphires, no text. You can just pic yes or no and not buy. It dont even show my friends:

The server with the 2 friends and 15 saphires is shown that way because you do not meet either requirement to unlock that slot.  The game is telling you what you need.

It looks like the one you are talking about will just unlock because you have enough friends so you have met that requrement.  The sapphires are offered as an alternative when you do not have enough friends.

thank you for your help. I see now i understand the problem. I have 9 friends and need 10 so i was 1 to short.

But because i have friends it dont show the option to buy it. Ok then it is not a bug. Can be close :)
