Have you tried downloading the latest version of the app, then uninstalling and reinstalling that? If you had it installed before it's possible that you have an old version saved and need the latest one to run on the new OS.I have upgraded to the latest mac OS 10.15 (Catalina) and the app isn't working, installs but I can't get it to open at all. No error messages other than to send report to Apple.
