i mean the launcher ... so no chance to clear any cages  or send reports. The launcher is the problem.

did you tried to uninstall and install the app again ?

sometimes when it gets stuck running these commands in command prompt or powershell helps:

taskkill /f /t /im traypp.exe

taskkill /f /t /im plariumplay.exe

This removes any currently running instances of the app that might be stuck in the background.  Then launch the plarium play app again.  

If that doesn't work, you'll have to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I have Plarium launcher deinstalled and new installed.

Works.

But now the imstallation of Stormfall Age of war stops at 39 %... That sucks.

Anyathing worked fine and now i can't get in my game anymore...

ok i have 3 times uninstalled and re-installed the plarium luncher. This one works. But now it's not possible to install stormfall: age of war. It always stops at about 30 %. What can i do now ?
