I was using Google authenticator for my plarium play stormfall age of war. I access plarium play through the facebook link. 

Recently I upgraded my mobile from samsung A22 to Samsung A33. The Google authenticator worked perfectly on my samsung A22. I downloaded the Google authenticator onto the samsung a33. The GA codes produce errors every time stating wrong code. I have disconnected any digital link between Google and plarium play thinking this would remove the Google authenticator from my plarium play account. I have turned off two stage verification on Google. No luck. 

I made contact with Plarium support and received the restore account link. The restore link failed to override the issue I am having with the Google authenticator.

I am not complete tech savy. Anyone from Stormfall age of war/Plarium please help!
