Ok  you have My attention Please continue  which event does not Present??

There's no  Balur's Beacon Invasion  event on some servers. Including ru.

I am sure that is not what  this  thread is  about but  thank you for trying as  all servers are waiting for invasion event soon when it gets  released 

The Stronghold did not present on server one only in either castle. But did on 2 and 3

This event is currently active on all game servers, my Lord. Have you tried clearing the cache in the Plarium Play application? Please try following these steps. If nothing works, kindly contact our tech support team via this link so they can look closely at your issue. 

That is totally false. Two castles Veronica and Jennifer on 1 dont have the stronghold and never have since it started. They tried the tech as I have numerous times. But they never reply. I think due to it is not user freindly. The link you gave the last time had zero to do with Stormfall. I am not a computer geek. I know of nowhere their two castles can clear their cache you insist on building everyday they play. The fact is they play on my APPle not on this windows laptop. As my laptop wont allow them access. Ever since anoth upgrade. And cache would affect every server of a player not just server 1 of those two castles. 

Which Level are Your Castles on that Server?

And what are the levels of these 2 Castles as there is a minimum requirement
