Unable to load for about 3 hrs. Missed completing an event due to this loading problem.

Dear players, the issue connected with the game's loading has been fixed.  

i think everyone in this game can't play the game now i have this problem ever since a month on my desktop computer i then tried on my laptop and was able to play game again the problem was still happening on my desktop computer the support did absolutely nothing about it now since that problem wasn't address by plarium it's gotten to point that i can't login on my laptop and everyone else can't login welcome people to the can't login to stormfall club anyway i still call it a game when it's not this is a scam program disguise as a game people its just gambling machine software people it make sense considering that plarium is owned by a gambling company known as the aristocrat well doesn't matter i'm clam and not angy about this we knew plarium was coming to a end and stormfall too and who knew it end by this bug LOL guess i will play a real rts game empire earth try again to see if plarium shocked this gambling machine back to live or not if not we are going to save a lot of money and plarium company is going to go down drain and the end of the multi billion dollar empire known as plarium and it will just be matter of time until the aristocrat turns plarium off for good people we have just reach the end game now people

oh it's been fixed oh well it will come back soon again i'm surprize you never fixed before when i told your support team about this problem was it not affecting enough players back then nevermind i have a royal league brawl to play and win

but i was still able to login and access the game on my laptop computer all fine i guess until the next time it happens again

I'm happy to hear the game works fine on your laptop. Concerning the issue with your PC, which operating system do you have? Can you open the Plarium Play app?
