I'm sorry that's the link they give for players that have problems they need to fill out the information so the troubleshooters can look deeper into their accounts and or player logs and such to see what might be the cause and solution to the issue.Wesley Pringle said:

How about just simplifying it and asking in Forum here the following questions, which can be copy-pasted and expanded by CM, saving players and mods a great deal of time? Instead of just posting the same worm-hole link again.
Which game do you play?
Which server do you play?
What are your castle coordinates?
Explain the issue in as detailed terms as possible.
If possible, please provide screenshots.
Then instead of doing the Plarium merry-go-round, other players can help also with advice. Everyone here could help the fella. Those playing the same game on the same server could also step up to the plate. CM and Tech could watch a bit and step in when they have enough info.
Would that not make everything so much easier?

If a full reply is given on these bug report pages, then other players can maybe find it using the search box ... perhaps helping dozens of players, instead of helping none
As for the top 100, we have had problems because only the top 100 in the Elite tier were awarded, but we were told this was being 'looked into'
