Before activating paragon, 16 total divine quests were completed, but not collected yet, with the "claim your rewards to receive new Divine Quests" message where the timer countdown is. After activating paragon I started one of the paragon quests, completed some other tasks and when I went back to divine quests to claim rewards and reset the timer to be able to claim auto completed quest rewards before my 30 minute timer expired, the timer was counting down. Somehow the timer count down started on it's own, even though 11 individual, 4 league and 1 paragon quests were completed and not collected.  I did get the additional completed paragon bonus quests added to my totals, but IF I collected completed quests before activating paragon, I would have been able to collect additional completed quests that would normally refresh after claiming my rewards to receive new Divine Quests.
