Hello Mark If you have paragon active then offer won't work That's how it's always worked sorry

I would suggest a future update for this "Event", put it in the Wheel of Fortune for those who can benefit from it. It annoys me greatly that it's marked for everyone to take advantage of when it's NOT the case.
