This means that it is very important to make a step-by-step guide for reproducing the bug. We recommend including the following information:

The platform you play on (e.g. Facebook, VK, Plarium.com);

The server where you play (e.g. Untamed Lands, The Golden Coast, etc.);

The feature that causes the issue (Unit training, raiding, etc.);

The exact steps you performed before the bug arose;

Any special conditions that caused the bug to appear (active events, applied bonuses, etc.);

What should have happened;

What actually happened.

If possible, please attach screenshots of the steps you took perform to reproduce the bug.

This does not add up

If your champion was already at 5 stars and showed one enlightenment, then it should not show level 30 of 30

Maybe showed level 30 of 35? but not 30

This is why I asked to see a screenshot of your champion

Many player get very confused when their champions reach level 30 and level 35

This is not a bug

I would guess that you used your champions to upgrade level, not rank
but this is pure guesswork until we know the facts

userd 781440, location x 1740 y 1671, occurred sometime before 0/10/2018. I corrected that my champion was at level 30 of 30 and had no enlightenment's. I know I picked upgrade because I had 5 bubbles into which I placed the 5 rank 5 champions to sacrifice. After that the champion (werewolf}, was still at rank 5 but now showed level 35 of 35 with 1 enlightenment. It took a long time to get 5 rank 5 champions to sacrifice and not get the results I expected and as far as I can determine, per the stated rules for upgrading.

It's not required to enlighten first But if your 5 Star is enlightened and is only at 30 your upgrades go towards upgrading to 35 and not 6 stars. if your Champion in question was the werewolf that is Highlighted that you are talking about .

The rules for enlightenment are not explained in-game, and are very badly explained in the video

No doubt this is exactly what you expected to see (but enlighten got in the way?)

If you attempt to upgrade rank AFTER enlighten you will only upgrade level from 30 to 35

The UI is very unfriendly and many players have wasted their champions because of this

It should not be possible to sacrifice high rank/grade champions for xp
