Are you certain that the scroll does not appear in your Scribe list after clear cache and refresh?

If the scroll is hiding you will need to clear all 60 battlegrounds - good luck with that
especially if you need to do this every day

Most players were warned to only send one gargoyle and keep their bg below level 30 until they collected all scrolls

No doubt this is why plarium added the changes to levels 4-30, which I ignored

I have had  a second scroll everyday  sometimes it has Taken the last stoneheart Bg  to get it.

But I have never not gotten it.

 If you do clear the stoneheart BGs and Don't get a scroll then you will have cause for a claim!

Unless you have completed the Stone heart scrolls

Dear Sir or Ma'am,

Every day, since the beginning of the Stoneheart Castle add-on, I have fought in the BGs and received the additional scroll.  Unfortunately, for the last three days though, I have not received the extra scroll - even though I have been clearing all of them into the 30s and 40s trying to obtain it.  My VIP Rep couldn't help and I am trying to determine whether its:

A) my game has a bug and I'm not receiving the scroll(s).

B) the scroll is stuck in one of my 40-50 level BGs and I won't receive any scroll(s) until I clear that specific BG

C) the game algorithm has just "randomly" assigned it to my high level BGs the last three days.

My game ID is:  uid 2479432 / fb100001055156504 / The Dark Plains / segment00

Any assistance would be appreciated, as this is becoming very frustrating.
