When writing your bug report, try to write as clearly and simply as possible. Make sure the title of your report is relevant to the issue. This will make your report easier to find with the search function.


The bug fixing process begins with our developers attempting to reproduce the error that has been reported. They will use your bug report as an instruction guide for how to do this.


This means that it is very important to make a step-by-step guide for reproducing the bug. We recommend including the following information:



The platform you play on (e.g. Facebook, VK, Plarium.com);


The server where you play (e.g. Untamed Lands, The Golden Coast, etc.);


The feature that causes the issue (Unit training, raiding, etc.);


The exact steps you performed before the bug arose;


Any special conditions that caused the bug to appear (active events, applied bonuses, etc.);


What should have happened;


What actually happened.  


I have Had another complaint about this also and Have entered the details of that complaint to the support crew  yours would also be helpful

I honestly do not understand your problem

The screenshots are self-explanatory

I deliberately kept my bug report short to avoid spam and confusion

All that was needed was an intelligent comparison of the 2 screenshots

It is my belief that this bug is the same on all servers, but I am not able to test this 100%

The correct time is the 8 days one.

Not sure why you think I have a problem  but it is not self explanatory what server or platform you were on from your Screenshots. Posting bug reports with the complete information requested helps us help you with the least amount confusion. Please do enjoy your Game

Is it not part of your job to reduce Time-Wasting, Spam, Arguments and Ill-Feeling (Trolling)?

Hi there Lord Inigo Montoya, you will see in Lord Wesley's reply to your  initial post where he says it has been passed onto developer, time wasnt wasted, it was passed on and they are working on it to fix it in future updates, Lord Biohazard, let you know the correct 1 is the 8 days 1 to help you and others out with this same bug until it is fixed

Being this is the season that many take off for holidays some issues needed to wait for them to return. Asking you for the complete information That you never did supply may have given us enough to have given you an answer sooner. Without needing to go by the Complete information of only one other player .

Your insinuation that I'm trolling you by asking you provide the information required for a bug report as listed in the topic how to post a Bug Report does not hold as true .  

I find it unfortunate that you choose to attack me when I try to get answers from you so that I can address your problem  by having complete information. 

And I was not arguing I was just trying to get information to help you. While you were being argumentative and not providing the information requested.
