Showed up in my inbox but not in the champions screen?

How do I resolve this?

Click on the geists section, then claim the ones you want.  This is done instead of automatically giving you all at once because they take up space in your champions section and if you don't have enough space the extras are lost.  So you can claim them manually instead.  They expire 7 days from the end of the tournament. 

mmm okay, I'm 100% sure the geists where gone... found them :)
