This happens when the reports are still being loaded. When all reports are displayed, the "Delete all" button becomes active.

Not so ... Please look at the screen. The wrong bar is shown for the Counselor. This sometimes happen when there is a mismatch. There are no reports being loaded at the time. All is quiet in the account.

Yes, I get the same problem. All I need to do is, go to my Scribe and click back and forth between the other tabs 

Eg. from Scribe to Herald and back to Scribe and it shows Ally report filter, from Scribe to Grand Marshal and back to Scribe shows Battle report filter, if I go from Scribe to Lord Steward and back to Scribe I get trade report filter. 

Only way is to open up Scribe first without opening up the other tabs to get the right report filter for Scribe. It seems easy enough to reproduce as it happens to me everytime I do this.

That said, I have another issue. I keep getting unread "Ghost messages" when Oberon messages aren't showing up in my Inbox. I haven't deleted any of Oberons messages. As of right now, no messages by Oberon is showing in my Inbox. I have to wait for the next tournament or weekly ranking reports to be able to clear these unread messages. As that is the time when Oberon will start to populate my Inbox again. Had this issue for at least 3 days now.

Regarding my last statement for Unread Messages (Oberons messages)

As I said previously, no messages by Oberon was deleted. There are no reason to show the whole page one or two etc, as no messages by Oberon is showing. And to protect convo with other leagues/players. This primarily shows two unread messages, though all are read.

I had the same issue last week. I tracked it down to Oberon, as I had the same missing messages. When I collected rewards from various tournaments etc. my unread message was gone, as it showed an Oberon report I wasen't able to see or read in the past.

I have no idea to why it happens in the first place. Will update if I am close to an answer.

EDIT: As seen in my next screenshot, Oberon just came in my Inbox, now with 3 unread messages. This time it adds weekly rankings.

Now it allow me to read those 2 missing messages mentioned previosuly.

Another problem I noticed while reading these messages, one of them is blank. Removing one post, as it shows tournament results.
