Daily reward bugged out and I lost all future days from a purchase from 2017.

I purchased a package back in 2017 and abruptly had to quit the game due to some IRL issues and I never had time to log in each day to complete my gift since it was a daily reward, it included emeralds and sapphires I believe.


I was on day 3 of like 7 when I came back and one day the game locked up when I was clicking to receive the days reward and when I logged back in the entire daily reward went poof.


I have purchase receipts for my purchases through Facebook for the purchases in 2017 that bugged out if you need them, this happened back in September 2018 when I came back. I posted a thread but then I had another work issue come up and couldn't follow up and it looks like it's been deleted.

Let me know if any additional info is needed, I currently have 2 more daily rewards active right now for things I purchased today and they seem to be working fine. -I would really like to see those other rewards restored so I can claim what I lost!

You should probably submit a ticket (under the "I did not receive my purchase" category since it sounds like it was a purchased thing that disappeared before you could use it).  https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I did as you suggested but I wanted to let you know that I did try support before and they told me to post it here after much discussion.


I hate being put into a circle where each place sends me back and forth. :(

at first sight and as the moment is an issue related with your old purchase, it should be redirected to support sending a ticket

if you sent it and the answer was that you had to post ur issue here, then its right and we have to wait to an aggent to answer ur question.

i will try to get a quick response from him to solve ur problem as soon as possible

I just got a response from my submitted ticket, was there some sort of returning player daily reward roll given at some point after 2017?


They said they didn't see this was from a purchase so it may have been a returning player bonus roll but none the less it bugged out and I lost more than half of the rewards. =/


They're still checking as I made several purchases in 2017 so honestly I don't know, that was a year ago and now I don't recall if it was a purchase or not.
