There are no bugs related to Sapphires' disappearance. This is the in-game currency which can be spent on in-game purchases. Please follow this article to learn where the Sapphires can be spent.  

If you consider the Sapphires have been lost due to a bug, please provide us with the steps to reproduce the issue. Here is an instruction how to report bugs.

Same thing occured to me the exact same amount aswell 300 saphires, got  them from Recruitment Tournament Race,

I even witnessed the occurence while online at one point it said i had 786 saphires then the game auto refresh to show 486, and is still showing 486 saphires.

I rechecked everything done in that time and all actions i did, did not use saphires.

Date of the ocurrence: 6 of June 2018

Browser: Microsoft Edge, Platform: Plarium.com, Server: Untamed Lands

During the ocurrence these actions where ongoing:

4 raids to 4 differences bot castles of lvl 15 to 25

1 resource caravan transfer to one of the bot castles and followed cancelation

Dragons Arts Food production lvl 6

Daily non paragon Divine Quests

Resource production boost active from 1 day free coupon

Dragon food production, Lost Arts and Construction speed boost,

Buildings being upgrade Castle and townhouse

Any other boosters were inactive and no other actions consuming saphires were made.

Total amount of saphires receive from event 350 + 35 for personal milestones during the event

Total amount of shaphires before redeming the event rewards 451

Hello lord! I have tested this functionality under various conditions and an issue with the vanishing of Sapphires have not reproduced. The only reason where they could go was spending them for some in-game purchase. I cannot verify that this situation was the result of a bug. 

At this point i don't really know if i should say sorry or stating that i'm frustrated,

No purchases were made no paragon purchase, no exp boost purchase, no troops recall purchase, no black market purchase neither Dragon atack refresh or even instant building or research.

I would love that you had included a log for Saphire gain/expenditure that way i would just print screen the log and you would see, whithout any questions needing to be made.

To my knowledge none of the actions i mention before should even provoke a visual glitch, that's why the title of the post creator is so fitting "Saphires Missing?".

But the fact that the 300 Saphires are  missing haven't neither comeback (so this would exclude the visual glitch), and the fact that they weren't spent leaves the question where did those saphires go?

I hope you continue to investigate the matter and hopefully implement some tools in the near future for us players protection.

Sapphires do not disappear without any reason. If you consider, the Sapphires were lost due to a bug, then we need the steps to reproduce the issue. I am afraid we will be unable to investigate regular spending.

I am trully sorry to disappoint but to me it's a FACT i did not spend those saphires, and whatever happened you don't seem to be able to answer me.

Ps: Considering this is a resource manegement game i really find it funny the need to doubt a mistake in accounting resources when even the bot Oberon lists the rewards gained during events in our inbox, and that suggestion about the gain/expenditure log of saphires would just resume this whole discussion to a printscreen showing the discrepancy.

Guess I somehow upgraded a second craftsman to master craftsman.  Certainly did not intend to do that.

 where are they?

Sapphires are not spent without your command. Please check your Black Market and troops.

If you performed some actions in the game that lead you to Sapphires' withdrawal, then please describe the exact steps to reproduce the issue. Here is an instruction on how to report bugs. 

as i said 

i had nearly 2500 sapphires when i logged off but when i logged back on they were missing

I purchased 30,000 Sapphires on 4/18/20 for $9.90 and it was taken from my credit card bank, but not to my Stormfall Ages of War in House Account.
