Players that have Passed away

I have seen prior some talk regarding those players Castles that have deceased. I believe my suggestion would be to make their castle protected and mark them as such as a memorial to that player.

I know we have one such person in my league that now finds it difficult to even log on once per week due to cancer. I would hate to think of his life's hard work building up his castle to have it "USED" by other players, when he is no longer able to defend himself and has lost the fight.

Dear Lord OneDoug902,

I do believe they do that on Facebook. I'm unsure if it's actually happening though.
However I'll make sure the CM knows about this, it's important to remember the fallen Lords and Ladies by memorial objects, whether it's a castle or not.

Please wish your league member all the good luck that exists, if you manage to see him again.

Greetings.

It's always sad when players pass away. Unfortunately, there's no protection against it.

From our side we protect the Castles of players who have passed away if we receive such reports from their friends or League members. Other players won't be able to attack such Castle, and they will receive a warning message of this kind:

To ask for protection you need to contact our Support Team or create a topic on this Forum.

Our league member and a Captain passed away this morning. He was playing last night for a while. His location in Untamed Lands is -384, 500. He will be sorely missed.

Please submit a Support ticket for each person. If possible check with immediate family first to ensure this is how they want the player's castle treated as it cannot be undone.

Reporting that today, unfortunately, the player of this account (my dad) passed away. He loved playing this game over the last several months and I always saw him on it. He would tell me about some of his attacks on other players sometimes. While I  play games myself, I'm unfamiliar with this one, but felt that it was important to tell his online allies/friends/enemies that he has passed away from a heart attack suddenly.

I just wanted to post that this is the account that he played on, and I have no idea how to find out coordinates of his town, or even how to talk to people in his "guild" (league?)  I was talking earlier in game but nobody responded.

Well done, Mods for protecting the fallens' castles.

This game has a wide appeal for many of us at the back end of growing down having left growing up behind many years ago.

For many, our families only see the old codger in the corner hunched over his/her PC with an occasional outburst of glee or frustration. They know little about the world that plays out the their fantasies that the young today take for granted.

And so, when the time comes for passing, their efforts should be celebrated by those that have become their friends...and enemies, and in the realms that have become their familiar stamping grounds.

To know that their castles will remain monuments till the end of time will bring much solace I'm sure.

My thanks again. I applaud you.
