I received an email finally on April 5th, informing me that I would get a refund, but have seen nothing. I bought my April Battle Pass on April 6, losing 20% of its value due to Plarium screw up, and getting no compensation, and then magically, hours later, got an email informing that Plarium was "giving" me 30 Levellers, which I had already paid for twice!!!!!!! Plarium has not refunded the March 31 Battle Pass, has not given me any compensation, and has made me pay for everything twice to get it. I do have an extra 30 levellers, so in that case I do have what I paid for, although I had to wait and ask repeatedly to get it. Compensation for this colossal mess should be a refund not only of the March 31 Battle Pass, but the April Battle Pass as a recognition of how poorly this was handled.
