can we have an app running,  so I can stop to play by browser 

meanwhile you can remove the appearance of this window every minute

I think even the most distracted player have understood that they have to switch to Plarium play.

Will it be enough 2 weeks to have a working platform? .....

Hi,

i can't install Plarium play. I use Apple. a message  comes out: "MacOS Hig Sierra or later is requiered".

I can no longer updated my computer to that system. Have now OSX El Capitan 10.11.6

What can I do ? Will I stop playing in January ?

How about fixing the problem of confirming email address in App? I've already sent emails to support (over a week ago) from my (so called invalid) email address which have been confirmed as being looked into.

However still get following message on App:

Confirm Email

You are attempting to send an email to an invalid email address. If you have access to the email address you entered, please contact Plarium Support


My email is obviously valid and your app is obviously not trying to send  an email to confirm. Its probably not liking the @blueyonder.co.uk ending - legacy account owned by Virgin

Where has switch server bar gone - I'm stuck on S1 and can find no way of getting to S2 or S3 to monitor my cities there - need urgent fix.

Dear Nancy and Plarium team as goatshagger just said we cannot navigate from 1 server to another, the icon server switch has gone ! 

Can you please fix asap, I like S1 but I have a coa to manage on S2 :-) Thanks

Be glad you can play on a server at all, if you only have an account on server 3 you won't be able to play the game at all for hours ^^

Problem with Plarium play - Sparta server 3. When you log in, you are pushed to a new city level 1, not possible anymore to join the city in progress. Several gamers reprted same problem.

- Do you confirm a general issue with this game on desktop/plariumplay/Sparta/Server 3?

- Any clue for a fix , when?

Yeah the migration process for me didn't work either.  If you heard the song from Brian McKnight called "back at one", that's where i'm at too.  :P

No comment from Palrium play : still no access to my cities open since long. I am back to level 1 with a new "general" name ??????????????

You can keep playing via Plarium Play from now on. This window should be in the game till at least December 31. Your patience and understanding are much appreciated.

I'm afraid the only option here is to update macOS on your Macbook. 😔 

As an option, you can install Plarium Play on a Windows-based PC or laptop.

Players should be able to switch between servers in the settings. Please make sure that you are checking the right server.

Please make sure that you are logged into the correct account and are checking the right server.

Whenever I load Plarium Play it gets me into a new and unknown General, not the one I built at Facebook
