Wheel of fortune is a weird feature. Truth be told I myself get -40% on all units really often.
It's random so there is no clue about how it works.
Just be a little more patient and you will get your desirable discount sooner or later.

Unfortunately, nobody can predict which Offer you will get.Hy Alyona ,a new day the same -40 % on units ..at least u guys should make an feature ..to not be the same offer on consecutive days ...now have 5 days on an row with the same offer ..if u don't take in the account the chest offer wich was changed :(

If the same offer appears 3 times in row - that's not a bug. But if it appears for a week or so, you should contact Support. Anyway, we don't solve such issues on forum. i have been watching these deals ever since i started playing and they improve if you do not use them for some time.
if you use them often you will get worse deals by the day....Interesting theory. I've never heard that offers get worse if you don't use them :) Shouldn't they be more attractive instead? So you would use them more often :)

If I have lot's of drachma I always get the following:
40 or 50% off of all troops, champion units or scouting units
30-40% off of boosts
30-40% off of mystery chests
If i have little to no drachma I always get the following:
30-40% offensive or defensive troop revival
50-60% off of boosts
50-60% off of mystery chests
If my dominion is not activated I will also get 30% off 30 day dominion which should be an option regardless if it is activated or not. If my dominion is activated, I never get a dominion discount.
If I don't have any drachma for 2-4 weeks, I get 70% troop revival, boost and mystery chests

That's because you will be unable to buy a 30-days activator if you already have one active :) That's why you don't get this discount.If my dominion is not activated I will also get 30% off 30 day dominion which should be an option regardless if it is activated or not. If my dominion is activated, I never get a dominion discount.
Is it possible to list all of the things the wheel of fortune can in theory provide a discount for?
For example, is it possible to receive a discount for items that can be purchased with glory points or emeralds?
Is there a discount for upgrade sketches? Upgrading fortifications?
