I suppose you are referring to general equipment. Personally I haven't seen any level 5 equipment.

The best general equipment I have ever seen is this: http://prntscr.com/eeccgq

As you can see it has only level 4 general equipment so I don't think there is level 5!

Yes, exactly. No one saw any level 5 equipment for anyone. But they exist for sure. 

I have upgraded my legendary sword to level 5. But still others will see it as only level 4.

The following is the image of my equipment. But if you visit my city, it will show as only level 4. As you saw in your screen shot.

I tried once, but me myself made a mistake. I sent a screenshot of my friend's general. It showed all level 4 for me. But it was all level 5. And i explained whole thing. 

But the support team took it in the opposite way. They checked it from other test accounts and it all showed level 4. So its all okay. They thought i sent the screenshot of his original equipment's.

That's why, i introduced the problem for one more time.

I hope this time, it wont go in vain.
