Maybe it's a bug so please submit a ticket to Plarium Support Center about your issue along with screenshots (if possible cause they will help greatly) so they can investigate your issue thoroughly and fix this if it's a bug!

Yes the screenshot needs to be from your PC so you can download this screenshot to your PC (right click then save image as...) and then you can find it and upload it on your bug report!

You can't access the ticket already submitted to edit it. In order for the devs to check your issue you need to submit a second ticket regarding the Server 2 issue so they can fix it!
So you need to do the same procedure again! Sorry for the inconvenience.
By the way could you tell me if the guys whom reports you are missing came to your coalition after an invitation was sent to them?
