I've been through this Imperial, I know what it is like...And I also got the same not-so-useful answers.
But it's actually quite easy to deal with this : when you submit a ticket, if you don't wish to add a file, just click on the cross next to the "Select file" button at the bottom instead of leaving it blank, that should prevent the error message from appearing (is "that would avoid the message to appear" proper English?).
All other fields you need to fill, though, that shouldn't be a problem.

It's a very good program and i suggest it.
You press the PrtScr button on your keyboard and you choose the area you want to show on your screenshot.
Then you click on the disc icon to save your screenshot on your PC.
Or if you want to get a link directly without saving it first you click on the cloud (the first icon at the left of the icons that appear).
