Hi. Maybe you already reached the maximum members of your coalition. 10 regular members plus 10 scholars (not considered as regular.) If you want to recruit more, use resources to expand membership limit in the coalition settings or encourage everyone to apply their coalition standards that they will receive when they reach level 50. They will receive additional coalition standards every time they reach level with a multiple of 5 like 55, 60, 65 and so on.

You cannot promote scholars to higher ranks if your slot for regular members is already full but you can  still promote trainees and other higher ranks.

i've got standards applied and increased members to 60 using resourses

still get same message  admission closed
