Arcon, Please try to clear caches / history in browser or try to enter in game on some other browser, there are some changes about Flash Player (you can read about that Topic:News and Announcements; Post:Attention! Changes To Adobe Flash Player!), maybe that is problem.
If nothing helps, Please submit your request/problem or bug-report to http://support.plarium.com/ensparta/Tickets/Submit/Step1/52 so that Plarium team could investigate these issues and better assist you in resolving problem.
Archon, USually this happens when there are internet connection problems. I would suggest you to see if you are online that time and your internet is not getting on and off. After fixing this, try and ping www.plarium.com via cmd (open cmd>type, 'ping www.plarium.com' and press enter). Afterwards, clean your cache and restart your browser.
