Archon, I don't know the exact maximum number a city can have, the highest I know is 10005 defense bonus, a friend of mine has that

Edit:  I forgot to tell you, to reach the 10000 city defense, you will need 5 Sappers and 20 lvl5 Towers, without them it will not be possible to reach the 10000 mark.

Interesting, if I had the Ghost City my maximum city defense bonus would be 9412 (providing the ghost city is 1000 points)  My city is maxed out right now.

Hmm.. I as well have the ghost city, all towers and no more room for decors but I only have 9385.0

I'm sure I am missing something but what is it??

Finished building my cities defenses. There is max amount of lv 5 towers, lv 5 walls and gates, 5 sappers, city scheme (poseidon) and all big defenses with +9 def and all small defenses with +4 def. Only 9199 city defense points could gather.

You will also need the Pumpkin city schema that is usually available during the Halloween period.

can't find any +6 defense décor, maybe it shows as 4 in menu and when build it gives 6? which one?

also would be helful if that friend could screenshot his defense bonus, so we know its real:)

My city, if I had everything full, ghost city etc would total to 9417.  Very odd that nobody in this thread has same numbers.

Well, thanks to my little sister who found some more empty spots in the chaos that is my city, I now have 9417 exactly!

 If you are planning to go as high as possible on city def bonus, there´s a few things you must have, Ghost city schema, 5 Sappers, 20 lvl5 towers, 2 lvl5 Gates and the rest of the fortifications completed with lvl5 Walls of course.

Then you need to chose the Decor to maximize your def bonus

That city def is not possible, I have everything maxed and only 3 decor left that would total to 9417, over 10k is a massive jump from that. Come on plarium please explain this huge difference.

Thats facebook sparta not here, they have decor that we do not have.  Theres no 6point items on this server, that is why the confusion. So now please stop the misleading info.

is no misleading advertising, but maybe there is something missing, but the two servers are the same therefore there is no difference, in any case you can have a lot of defensive bonus

Our game is a bit different than Facebook Server.

The FB game have things which gives you +6 bonuses.

Artisan's Yard, Provisions, Shields etc gives +6 bonuses but not included in our game.
