I did not ask to be switched to the new version and it absolutely sucks and it is completely unplayable, so thanks again plarium for absolutely nothing but yet another bending over

Good news Agent Pavel... The crew is working hard to fix the bilge pumps... The ship is 90% under water BUT dont worry, soon the people in the life boats will be forced back on board so we can all drown together...

Please define working hard ?  As after 6 years of waiting for your so-called "developers" to fix all the never ending issues with this game it now runs even slower and worse than it ever has costing us players ever more in lost resources, units, coa mission and event points/rewards, experience points, wasted raids and missed opportunities, money and our time. And that is only IF we can actually play the game!


So go ahead and say something else just as stupid and insulting or post yet another useless link and further complete waste of our time.

but i dont  understand why there are so many bugs first fix the bugs before you switch players. thats working like noobs.

they dont see the problems, they dont listen to the players and most the times the communication is useless

We report all bugs to the devs, but not all of them can be fixed within one game update. Some issues have major priority, they are fixed first. The others need more time to release a solution. Meanwhile, the most important task for the developers at the moment is to improve the game performance.

agent pavel, the other day i spent 3 hours trying to get listened by you, about a problem that affected all beta players. 

the problem is that everytime something goes wrong, we are not listened, we are ignored and only because we come again and again and again and prove you all the time wrong, we are listened...

no wonder why people dont care to come to forum and prefer to leave game...


and the ones that we come, we get frustrated and very tired with how we are treated when we come to help....

please sort out your bug reporting procedure. when the game crashes you pop up a copy-submit to support screen which when selected tells us that there is a change and reports should be submitted on the forum - surprise that the forum tells us to submit a ticket - with a message to send to forum etc

In short sort it out, in the absence of anywhere to post a crash here it is

Could you please describe your steps in the game before receiving the error? 

Also, you should have an option to submit a ticket in the error window. Did you try to use this option to send the text of the error?

I must be one of the lucky few. I signed up as a beta tester on day 1, ran it for about a month. I reported loads of bugs and gave up on it, since nothing was being done.Luckily my profile top right still gives me the option to switch off beta, so I did this. The old system was and is so much better than the new, but Plarium do not listen properly, they do not rectify bugs, they just end up creating a game which is unplayable and is driving people away. I really think they are trying to Kill Sparta. The only way to make them reallize they are being idiotic is for everybody to stop spending money. They only care about money, not their customers.Good luck everybody, I hope you get things sorted out.

sry im now for more then 4 weeks on the new engine and like i see you didnt fix 1 bug and i ask me like many others do you want to fix the bugs or not? so it would be a nice move if you start fixing the bugs yesterday or you move all players back to old engine and then you fix the bugs. when the bugs are fixed you can move all players back to the new engine.

Please refer to this post. If possible, try installing Plarium Games app to play the game.

The update will be released in near future and the majority of known issues should be fixed.
