It does matter, otherwise, I would not ask. Is your Windows 32 or 64 bit? And how much RAM do you have available?
I can understand the frustration, however, threatening legal action over not receiving a forum response straight away is not going to help your problem, nor will it yield any results even if you went through with it. I hope the app works for you! Just ran a test on your account and it appears to be in order, so the "block" is definitely hardware-related in some way. Let's see if we can get to the bottom of it.
