Salutations For Fred67 from Terminators

Brothers and Sisters of Sparta, sad news has come to our ears, Fred67 one of the Sparta Hegemons, has lost their battle against Illness in real life Today. Many of you will have seen players put "For Fred" in their name. He has now passed away. He was not an Ally or any particular friend to Terminators. We feel moved to show honour and integrity as a team, and as a sign of our fidelity and sympathy to a fallen warrior, We send our respectful thoughts out to his family, and hope that his soul finds peace.

It is always a sad thing to hear that one of the respected Archons passed away, and I too offer my sincere condolences. If anyone from the Sparta Hegemons can confirm this and provide me with city coordinates, I will make sure it is put under protection in memoriam.

Fred67 ... tu nous manques --- We miss You

On danse encore

Sur les accords

Qu'on aimait tant

Évidemment

Évidemment

On rit encore

Pour les bêtises

Comme des enfants

Mais pas comme avant

Et ces batailles dont on se fout

C'est comme une fatigue, un dégoût

A quoi ça sert de courir partout

On garde cette blessure en nous

Comme une éclaboussure de boue

Qui n'change rien, qui change tout

Évidemment

Évidemment

On rit encore

Pour les bêtises

Comme des enfants

Mais pas comme avant

Pas comme avant

There's like a bitter taste in us

Like a taste of dust in everything

And anger that follows us everywhere

There are silences that say

More than all the words one shares (litt: confesses)

And all those questions that make no sense

Chorus: Of course

Of course

We still dance

On the tunes (litt: chords)

We used to love so much.

Of course

Of course

We still laugh

At little things

Like children

But not like we used to. (Litt: but not as before)

And those battles we don't care about

It's like a feeling of tiredness, of disgust

What is the use of running about everywhere

We keep this wound inside us

Like a splash of mud

That changes nothing, that changes everything

********************************************************************************

I saw the light fade from the sky

On the wind I heard a sigh

As the snowflakes cover my fallen brothers

I will say this last goodbye

Night is now falling

So ends this day

The road is now calling

And I must away

Over hill and under tree

Through lands where never light has shone

By silver streams that run down to the sea

Under cloud, beneath the stars

Over snow one winter's morn

I turn at last to paths that lead home

And though where the road then takes me

I cannot tell

We came all this way

But now comes the day

To bid you farewell

Many places I have been

Many sorrows I have seen

But I don't regret

Nor will I forget

All who took the road with me

Night is now falling

So ends this day

The road is now calling

And I must away

Over hill and under tree

Through lands where never light has shone

By silver streams that run down to the sea

To these memories I will hold

With your blessing I will go

To turn at last to paths that lead home

And though where the road then takes me

I cannot tell

We came all this way

But now comes the day

To bid you farewell

I bid you all a very fond farewell
