Guardian Conquests. Dev Notes
Guardian Conquests are coming to Hellas. From now on, you can upgrade your Guardians’ Levels even faster with this new feature.
These Conquests allow you to send Guardians to Skirmishes. Guardians sent to Skirmishes will automatically attack Warlords to earn XP, Summoning Bonds, and Energy.
Feature access
All players who have unlocked Guardians and completed all the tutorial Guardian Quests can access Guardian Conquests. To start a Conquest, you must issue a Guardian Conquest Order (7 or 30 days). You can get these from certain Special Offers. You'll also get a Guardian Conquest Order (7 days) as a reward once you complete the first Guardian Conquest Quest.
Issue the Guardian Conquest Order in the Warlords tab of the Guardians window to start a Conquest. This is done by pushing the button below Auto-Battle. Then select the Guardians you want to send to Skirmish. While the Skirmish is in progress, you can view the stats from the Warlords tab. You can also start and end as many Skirmishes as you like while the Guardian Conquest is active.
While a Guardian Conquest is ongoing, it can be extended by issuing additional Guardian Conquest Orders. Guardian Conquests cannot be extended beyond 3 months.
Solo and Group Skirmishes
There are two types of Skirmishes – Solo Skirmishes and Group Skirmishes.
Solo Skirmishes allow you to send a lone Guardian to a Skirmish. This Guardian will automatically attack Warlords to obtain Rewards. You can send Guardians that are the maximum Level for their Rank on Solo Skirmishes to earn Summoning Bonds and Energy, but they will not earn any XP.
Solo Skirmishes end when one of the following parameters is met:
- You run out of Energy
- You run out of Energy Recharge Items and either Emeralds or Drachmas (depending on your version of the game) after choosing to recharge Energy automatically
- You reach the Attack Limit
- You end the Skirmish manually
Group Skirmishes can include up to 10 Guardians that are not at the maximum Level for their Rank. These Guardians will fight Warlords one by one until the Skirmish is finished. If one Guardian reaches the maximum Level for their Rank during the Skirmish, they will no longer fight. The rest of the participating Guardians will keep fighting.
Group Skirmishes finish when one of the following parameters is met:
- You run out of Energy
- You run out of Energy Recharge Items and either Emeralds or Drachmas (depending on your version of the game) after choosing to recharge Energy automatically
- All Champions reach the maximum Level for their current Rank
- You reach the Attack Limit
- You end the Skirmish manually
Guardian Conquest Settings
After selecting the type of Skirmish and the Guardian(s) you wish to use, you can decide whether to recharge your Energy automatically. If you select this option, your Energy Recharge Items will automatically be used once your Energy reaches zero. Once you run out of Energy Recharge Items, you will expend Emeralds or Drachmas instead, depending on which version of the game you have.
You will also be able to set an Attack Limit. The default limit is 100 Attacks. One Warlord counts as one Attack, so a limit of 100 Attacks means that your Guardian will face 100 Warlords one by one. Once you reach the limit, the Conquest will end.
After you start a Skirmish, you can view Skirmish statistics. These include:
- Total Skirmish Time
- Battles Completed
- Energy Used
- Energy Recharged
- Guardian XP Earned
- Summoning Bonds Earned
After you have started a Skirmish, it is not possible to add or remove Guardians or change any of the Skirmish settings. Skirmishing Guardians will not be available for any other game actions until the Skirmish ends. You can end a Skirmish instantly at any time, though any Guardian currently not in your City will complete their attack (if travelling towards a Warlord) and return as normal.
