Hello PATP,

Try using the search on your PC and type Plarium Play in the search bar. Alternatively, check this route C:\Users\your user name \AppData\Local\Plarium\PlariumPlay if you are on Windows. Please let me know if it helped.

Thanks for your suggestion, Argos. Unfortunately, we do not have such plans in our roadmap at the moment. However, I've heard that lots of players use the Puffin browser to access the game from a mobile.

net result is a splash screen in which i'm thanked for downloading the app followed by the ad for 'raid shadow legends'

hello nancy,

problem is that i don't get a(ny) error messages. i get a screen which thanks me for downloading (screen 1) a warning screen (screen 2) and nothing else apart from very high cpu activity. all activity as mentioned in the log file, i did try a few times

Thank you for the information provided. Try installingPlarium Play on any PC and then copy the folder of it to the Plarium Play folder where the application is installed on your Surface device. Please let us know if it helped or any error received.
