An open letter to Plarium, part II
Dear all,
this is exactly what I was talking about, and Plarium doesn't get the hints, as seen by just closing my topic and effectively shutting down the communication on it.
I was not pointing to a limited, scoped issue as you are indicating. My intention was to get a reaction from you to us, your paying customers.
And you messed it up again! This is exactly why people are leaving this game. Not exclusively due to the bugs and lags that you cannot seem to solve.
But due to the way you are communicating. Do you really think you are that far above everyone? Your replies on the thousands of bug and issue reports indicate what you really think about us. You just don't give a sh*t. I do get that you are running a company and need to make money, but guess what: a loyal customer base needs to be cherished and taken seriously.
I don't see that any more here. And it's not because of some forum moderators, it's a general behaviour that sticks with the forum, even when the mods are replaced by others through the months.
Since I know I won't get a reasonable answer from any Plarium employee here, I don't expect anything any more. Maybe it's really time to shut down and spend my relax time somewhere else. Great work Plarium!
