good luck, me also have an similar  thread posted some months ago and didn't get any response viable just bogus   :)))  for me was almost the same  time  with the boost  activated or deactivated   from what i remember if i have the oracle at maximum level ...like i'm having it :)) 

mate  from what i got in the past  that boost it's  about the resources you gather  , wich  should be more , and not the time  ..tried to search it  but i think my  thread was purged ..

But if i sent for example only two mounted peltast  on emporia and  had the same time  and resources gather  with and without that boost activated ..and like i  told you my oracle it's on maximum level

So in essense:

Standard=        7:08

+50% =            6:25

+50% + 50% = 5:51

Now maybe my math is off, but with 100% gathering speed bonus wouldn't the gathering time be reduced too 3:34?

Here is my point of view:

there is a fixed  minimum of 5 minutes that is solid and is not affected by any means. Whatever you do you cant go under it. So speed bonuses seems to affect the time after the 5 minutes
