Why you guys don't announce it ,before with an message in game ??

Put an timmerIt's becoming annoyoing to waste all the time raids because youre maintenance..and it's also the posibility to lose troups and others items also

It's not very "cool", I grant you.
They put the in-game warning only if they know for sure the time when maintenance will take place and for how long it will last. When it's unplanned update to fix some bugs fast, the warning is not added.
i didn't get an in game notification for ages ..only one are some bogus are on forum from time to time ..that will come sometime the next day or so ..
It's so hard put an timmer in game for every users that for example it's 5 minutes till the next maintenance..or an mass message private from Leonidas at least ??
Because it's possible to catch somebody with the tropus out ..and maybe he can't stay home till youre upgrade happens ..and others example ,because for sure i wasn't the only one affected by the last maintenance that happened
I know that but why not prevent some unfortunately events ...and decongestionate the support team of some work ...with an simple thing as an heads up ...
I don't think all the time you guys do some maintenance ...don't know 5 minutes earlier before begining to send an message in game or put an timmer as an heads up
