Hello.  Before development tournament ended,  I checked my points.  I saw some strange result.  Is this a bug?

1 agreement update earned 11.3 points / hour = 1378 point total.

1 building upgrade earned only 8.72 points / hour = 1152 points total.  (2 other buildings, same level = same results)

Question -Why was building point average less  than   agreement point average  this tournament? 

Upgrade points for development tournament usually based on time to complete. But this situation shows building upgrades got much less on average.  Did game mechanics change? Maybe I didn't see that before.

For Plarium server, did you see the same result?     For Facebook server, was this situation the same for you?
