katia, reporting bugs is a nightmare in support or here .... first thing they tell you is that the problem is of the player, his computer, his line, internet that he is enough not to have tried beforehand to clear cache, restart etc etc... and then the fight for days explaining them... and them always the player loses, never plarium.
i used to do it years ago, till I got tired of the abuse and disrespect from support and to be honest, several mods here.
mortee was a great moderator... even if we argue sometimes, you don't have to agree with someone to know she tried her best, about Vanesa, I am sorry but its not the same. In your case, I can not talk as I don't know you, I guess you were moderating in Facebook, not here.
what some should understand is that moderators are not here to defend with their lives plarium or to answer . the word "moderate" says it all...
Also I was not talking about bugs, I was talking about all the stupid new things they keep adding, not correcting the main problem for years that s the lag.... for those that we have been 8 years minimum, we know how god/fast and even kind of reliable game used to be.... (players now we loose boosts daily because of lag as plarium game get frozen and later on recognizes that we have clicked more than it should due to that.. then you write to support and they laugh in your face) or also stop adding "farming tomatoes activities and promote war events/tournaments" they don't listen to that...
not sure what game specialist you talk, but I can tell you that they are the clueless I have ever seen, I know what people used to spend and those that left that spend thousands... and instead of looking the problem, they bring more nonsense... to buy
you can not have fun, when you get stolen by game.... i know a player lost 50 days of boosts because of lag... is that fun? no.... he left game after support not accepting his error.... that is one of many
but plarium never listens
