I have noticed that flash player frequently doesn't work after an update even when Adobe Flash Player and Chrome browser are up to date and Flash is enabled in chrome://settings/content/flash. Usually this happens if you are using Chrome in incognito mode because chrome by default uses html instead of flash if it is the first time you are visiting a site, and as incognito mode leaves no history Chrome thinks it is the first time you visited the site. Up till now the solution was to type chrome://flags in Chrome's address bar and scroll down a little till you see Prefer HTML over Flash then click disabled. But now they have removed that option from the chrome://flags list.
I wouldn't be surprised if making it impossible to use incognito mode was deliberate since all large websites want to know everybody's data, history and what you had for breakfast. That's why they want people to play it from facebook. Perhaps the game being incompatible with the incognito version of the browser they recommend is designed to force people to use facebook or a version of the browser that gives less privacy. If Adobe is now no longer making it possible to fully enable flash by allowing us to disable "prefer html over flash" then maybe Plarium should also change over to html or stop recommending Chrome.
I've just discovered another solution. I found it by opening a Chrome incognito window with a blank page and the words "you've gone incognito" with some information and a link "learn more" which I clicked. On the right hand of this "how private browsing works" page is a blue column with a list of links in white print. I chose the one that said "change website permissions" and on that page I got some invaluable information. To get a Plarium game to run in incognito mode click the lock icon (or letter i) just left of the address bar. Then you will get a drop-down menu and the ability to allow flash to run on the Plarium site and this seems to work better than just entering the same details into the Chrome browser's general settings. It's also easier to just click the icon to get to that part instead of having to type in chrome://settings/content/flash every time (and having to look up the problem on the web every time to remember what to type in.)
The exact link with the information is https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6148059?hl=en&ref_topic=7437824 Follow the instructions on the page to click the little lock symbol (or letter i) and you will see Flash on the drop-down list. Click the little drop-down arrow to the right of that and select "always allow on this site" and it should work.
