I got one last night on a level 116. Class IV Legendary.

Yes I've heard myself that you get class 4 items from a certain level and above. I don't know what that level is though. But I do know that you must have signed Corinth agreement in order to get class 4 items (whether it's common, uncommon, rare or legendary).

So be sure to sign the particular agreement before you start leveling up on Xerxes.

I've slow-played positions, therefore I am only at level 91, doubling back often to lower level positions especially when the Persian troop contingent mix was favourable to the types of troops I had trained. Zero legendary items so far,

i got 4,5 times 4 class legendary coffer's on 100+lvl pp,but then i had to buy 4 class legendary key's,and i got 2 times same general item,and mr. Basileus said its normal,but i think its a theft ^^

If you want to get Legendary Class IV items then first sign all Agreements.

Best change to get Legendary Class IV items have players who Play high PP levels (>110) and are high level.

I think it is not possible a lvl 60 player to get legendary Class IV items playing PP levels less than 100 so get level up as quickly as you can.

Another Parameter may be the total points you have gain playing Persian Position.

I m lvl 87, high PP : 110

Legendary too, rarely under 100-110 but it exists
I m not a big PP player but I had ONE legendary on 92 or 95

I have unlocked until the Persian 180 (I killed him 15 times in defense and attack) I think that as the comrades say from level 70 onwards does not affect much Persian you win ... in my experience alone and achieved 4 class IV, and a bracelet ..... TO OPEN THE BAULES TUBE TO BUY THE KEYS ... AND FOR BAD LUCK OF 4 BAULES 2 OBJECTS ...

yo tengo desbloqueado hasta el persa 180 (que lo maté como 15 veces en defensa y en ataque) creo que como dicen los compañeros a partir de niv 70 en adelante no afecta mucho el persa que ganes ... en mi experiencia solo e logrado 4 baules legendarios clase IV ,, Y UN brazalete..... PARA ABRIR LOS BAULES TUBE QUE COMPRAR LAS LLAVES... Y POR MALA SUERTE DE 4 BAULES SE REPITIERON 2 OBJETOS

Lo de comprar llaves es un timo, propuse que se pudiera comprar directamente objetos pero no interesa.

Yo tengo desbloqueado hasta nivel 63 que tendría que darme objetos de clase 4 pero como no tengo firmado ningún convenio de Falange solo me da objetos clase 2, aunque tengo firmado Génova que es caballería.

Jerjes es así de especial y no queda otra que aguantar, Plarium en esto no creo que cambie.

I've been clearing positions for a long time, position levels all the way up to 135 have produced nothing but 1-2 rare items, so there must be something I am missing, as I see former teammates whom all have Class IV legendary items. I've won nothing but some good numbers of troops & a lot of pieces I cannot use.

I have most all my agreements signed, advanced almost everything in the game, and believe perhaps there is something I'm missing, seems a big secret to disclose anything to help, as I have spent a lot on upgrade packs, used countless marks of Helios, and still nothing on the elusive legendary items. 

i got IV class rare key on position 140-150 lvl i was suprised and happy because i had 6,7 IV class rare coffers,so i opened 1 rare coffer,i got same general item i already have! after 2 days i bought new IV class rare key for 2850 drachma,i opened next IV class rare coffer,i got general item i already have,next day i did same,bought another IV class rare key,got item i already have,and after 2 days i bought one more IV class rare key and i got same item!!!!!!!!!

That's too bad. Since I posted above, I have cleared dozens of additional level 80-100's, and cleared all the way up to level 149, and have won nothing legendary at all, NOTHING! I just burned up a lot of dracamas replacing troops lost at a frightful rate. In fact, the last 3 positions in a row (146, 147 & 148) produced the same (common Class IV vambrace) item each time! I wish there were a simple (rational) math algorithm involved in the calculus, doesn't appear to be the case.
