Not in my gameplay experience but it hurts a little to have to use another browser when I'm already connected to my fb or to the plarium website with my usual browser

Do you mean that it's inconvenient to use Plarium Play in order to play the game or to communicate on the forum? Please elaborate on this. 

to communicate on the forum or to access to the facebook group. for example:

I use Chrome to access to my facebook, so I go to the Sparta group from chrome. And I do the same to acces to the forum on plarium.com 

Somes announcements on the game open an explorer window to go to the web site. If the default browser was used, I would not have to identify myself in another browser

Hello Julián! Thank you for your feedback. Plarium´s CM could answer this question properly, I mean if there is a purpose for this. I think, and that´s entirely a guess, that in such an old game like Sparta, we will find communication channels open here and there. As long as we players use them... they will be there for us... and I´m planning to keep using them!  😁😊
