Grade V Guardian Summoning chance active, but Plarium give me only 1 grade V guardian from 8 trials

Despite Plarium offer active, from 8 trials I only get 1 grade V , most useless guardian, like alwasy;

is that a fair offer or Plarium only mock us?

Can I have back my Holly Bonds, I work a lot to have it, is not fair that Plarium stole them just like that!

Archon, I'm really sorry to see you frustrated because of the chances of getting a Guardian. These odds are random. Therefore, you need luck to get the Guardian you are looking for, and I wish you the best of fortune. If you consider this a mistake or have additional questions, I encourage you to contact our support team, and I am sure they will help you in the best way possible.

Hello Archon . As  a player speaking, unfortunately, most of the time I'm getting purple guardians as well, so I understand you perfectly. The regular % rate is a 25% chance   to get an orange and a 75%  chance to get a purple one.  When there is a x2 chance on the global events, as  I understand it, this x2 isn't always applied in every draw we make, as the description clearly mentions a chance, chance means that it is randomly applied.                                                                                              
   Keep in mind, that the % rate  to get V or IV guardian is applied to every bond we open, and not if we will open 4 holy bonds we will get 1 V guardian for sure. Regarding the type of the guardians we receive, it depends on the % drop rate of every guardian has. Some are very common, others are rare, as everything is in this game.                                                            
    Every time this event pops up, I see the same posts. The players are right of course, but if we will read carefully the descriptions of each event, from the Developers' point of view, and not what we as players think that it is, because of our desire to have it, it will save us from further frustrations. As I mentioned above, it is my personal observations, so as Daria recommended you, the only official replies are from Plarium's Support.

Before the current summoning event I had 9 holy bonds. I decided to summon 1 guardian - got Grade IV but 2 bonds were deducted and now only 7 were showing. I hoped that this was just a temporary glitch and used one more which gave me a Grade V Seer Guardian. I checked the number of bonds left which now show 5 in total. 

So basically the game has deducted 2 bonds for each new Guardian instead of one - please fix and refund my 2 lost holy bonds.

Also the 2 new Guardians do not seem to be showing in my collection - there is no "New" Guardian indicator in the corner on any of the Pink Grade IV Guardians or The Gold Grade V Guardian so I have no idea if the two that I did summon have appeared in my collection.

Please investigate

Hello Archon. Regarding your missing bonds, you have to submit a ticket to the Support Team as they are the only ones who have the tools to check what happened. You can find the link to fill the ticket here  Regarding the issue with the missing guardians, logically they have to be in your guardians' inventory. You can choose the rarity from the guardians' Subtab,  so logically your Seer should be the last of its rarity, or something happened and they went to the inbox for goods. If you cannot find them, it is better to ask the Support for it as well.

Thanks for reply Katia but I had already submitted a ticket - with great difficulty. It seems that very little notice is taken of genuine complaints about bugs in the software so I published it here as well in the hope that the programmers might be nudged to actually do something.


Why is it so difficult to use this forum? Why is it not split into a section for each game? Then have a section where it is actually easy to submit bug reports?

 By posting the issues here, mods and the CM  will try to find solutions to a problem that might be on the players' end. If it is truly a bug, unfortunately, only the Support has the tools to check it. I don't know why you found difficulties, as the form to submit a ticket is very clear on what we should write. I do hope that you got the Support's automatic response that they received your ticket. You will find it in the email that you wrote to your ticket. If you cannot find it, check in the Spam folder of your email, and if you cannot find the automatic reply, it means that you didn't submit your ticket correctly. If you got the autoreply, the Support will reply under this ticket. Check if they asking you for clarifications.
